bully FREE SEMINAR
Social media and the news report incidents of bullying among the youth on what seems like, an, unfortunately, consistent basis. Most of us have been scrolling through our Facebook news feed and have seen those videos of bullies picking on someone. As unfortunate as this is, it is a reality that will eventually touch every child in one manner or another.

WHY OUR bully free seminar?
MARTIAL ARTS IS FAMOUS FOR BUILDING CONFIDENCE & COURAGE
American Family Martial Arts instructors are trained to work on skills that build a child’s confidence at the developmental stage that is right for them. Our daily classes teach courage-courage to stand up for yourself or for a buddy.
If your child is having difficulties in school, then studying martial arts may help them. By providing kids with a natural outlet for their energy – and helping them achieve clarity in our school – martial arts leads the way to better grades which can increase confidence.
KIDS DON’T GET LABELED IN MARTIAL ARTS
One of the most damaging things that can happen to kids in school is that they get labeled: the fat kid, the clumsy kid, and so on. In our school, they’re all just martial arts kids!
Kids learn to trust themselves and their abilities. As a result, their confidence soars.
Physical self-confidence leads to intellectual and emotional self-esteem, and martial arts can help kids carry themselves with a deep-seated sense of confidence and authority.
our seminar teaches practical easy to use tips for bully defense
American Family Martial Arts instructors know that children learn more quickly and retain information longer when they are involved.
This interactive seminar divides up instructional time with hands on bully defense. Everything from breathing techniques to “STOP! NO!” practice. Kids these days are told so often to be quiet, they have to learn when to be LOUD!
The seminar topics are divided into: What is bullying; how to deal with bullying, what should we do when we see other being bullied, and buddying.
Your child also walks away with six easy to remember tips on how to deal with a bully!
if your child is being bullied at school, parents often feel helpless and powerless
This seminar can give your child tools to be confident and speak strongly; be calm and most of all be prepared if they encounter a bully.
